We are a U.S.-based real estate company working in brokerage, wholesaling, and investment deals. Our mission is to help homeowners find creative solutions and grow a business that promotes financial freedom and positive impact. We’re growing and need a strong support teammate to help us stay organized and efficient behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
• Input and organize new leads into our CRM (Go High-Level)
• Send follow-up
• Update Trello boards with deal statuses and tasks
• Coordinate schedules with buyers, sellers, attorneys, and inspectors
• Assist with preparing CMA templates and property research (training provided)
• Help keep
Bonus Points (but not required):
• Experience with real estate (wholesaling, brokerage, TC work)
• Familiarity with CRMs like Go High-Level or Podio
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Trello, and Canva
Who You Are:
• Reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented
• A self-starter who learns quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
