Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and growth? J Pratt Construction is seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This part-time position, initially remote, has the potential to evolve into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Blogging & Content Creation: Develop engaging blog content that highlights our projects and expertise.
- Willingness to assist in the creation and documentation of processes and procedures
- Should be familiar with how to use collaborative tools such as Trello, Google Docs, ChatGPT, Slack, etc.
- Client Engagement: Send thank-you gifts to past clients, nurture relationships and encouraging referrals and 5-star reviews for our Google Business Page.
- Prospecting: Conduct outreach via
- Social Media Management: Help with consistent posting and engagement on our social media platforms to build our online presence.
- Create and document client on-boarding process
- Maintain current vendor Certificates of Insurance and request new certificates as necessary
- Create initial project schedules for review before sending to trades
- Apply for building permits
- Document project selection sheets
- Order and track materials from selection sheets to keep project on schedule
- Know current project pipeline and availability for beginning new projects
- Manage multiple calendars for business owner
- Monitor
- Must be working during regular business hours between 8:00am and 5:00 pm EST in the US
- Willing to learn
- Excellent spoken and writing skills in English
- Attend weekly zoo
- Generate weekly report of tasks completed that week
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills for blogging and client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
