Operations Assistant Needed for eCommerce Brand – Long-Term Role

We’re a small but fast-growing eCommerce brand that sells creative building kits across Shopify, Etsy, and Faire. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Operations Assistant who can help us manage our daily operations and keep things running smoothly.
An Operations Assistant in our business will work closely with the owners. This is a long-term position with room to grow. Please reply with “Purple” in the subject line if you’ve read this far. We value consistency, creativity, and clear communication.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Updating products and managing orders in Shopify, Etsy, and Faire

Responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and timely manner

Handling inventory updates, shipping timelines, and returns

Creating and updating promotional graphics and product mockups using Canva

Supporting with special projects (like new product launches, email setup, or listing optimization)


What We’re Looking For:

Excellent written English and communication skills

Familiarity with Shopify, Etsy, and Faire (or fast learner!)

Strong Canva or basic design skills for creating visuals

Organized, proactive, and great at problem-solving

Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours (at least 4 hours overlap)
