BIM 3d Modelling for schools / Kindergarten Interiors & Exteror - AutoCad / Revit

We design classrooms and outdoor play spaces nursery/kindergartens!

We are looking for FULL TIME designers who can create concept rooms from basic floor plans and work with our library of .3ds .bip & .DWG files (i have attached examples of the .BIP - we can get the others if required - we will require the blocks created in revit families and rooms laying out - In this folder, there are some examples of files, floor plans, and finished results I expect - we are working on developing a better way to do the original floor plans!

We are not looking for technical drawing accuracy but trying to create visuals for customers as part of a quote process

we have 40 hours a week MINIMUM and are looking for multiple designers. I am happy to pay you to do a test design if you're interested in working with us and have proof of experience in being able to create the blocks and high-quality designs.
