- You love understanding people, what they want, why they hesitate, and how to help them make empowered decisions
- You’re confident starting and leading conversations that build trust

Must-Have Skills:
- Fluent written English (clear, casual, and confident tone)
- Proven experience in DM setting, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer conversations
- Understanding of sales psychology and funnel stages (top-of-funnel to booking a call)
- Able to build genuine rapport and guide conversations without sounding robotic
- Comfortable following scripts and knowing when to personalise
- Experience with lead tracking tools (Google Sheets, CRMs or similar)
- Organised AF, you can track 50+ conversations a week and know where each person is at
- You’re time-efficient and responsive, you don’t let leads sit for hours and know how to keep the conversation warm and moving
- You manage conversations like a sales pipeline, not a casual inbox and that’s why people move through the funnel quickly with you
- Willing to take feedback and continually improve performance
- Experience in lead generation and finding ideal clients using Instagram and Facebook strategies.

Your Role Will Include:
- Sending DMs to new followers, story viewers, post likers, and engaged leads
- Starting warm conversations, following our proven scripts and frameworks
- Asking qualifying questions and guiding leads to the next step in our funnel
- Tracking leads daily with updates in our shared system
- Managing your own flow of conversations (so no lead slips through the cracks)
- Following up with old leads, ghosted convos, and those that are in our sales pipeline.
- Engaging with target audience content this includes liking, commenting on stories and newsfeed posts of ideal clients to generate more visibility and inbound leads

Pay:
$7–$10 AUD/hour (based on experience)

Performance bonuses (booked calls, conversions)
Paid fortnightly via Wise

Hours:

15–30 hours per week to start
(More hours + promotions available based on results)
