SaaS Account Executive (Metro Manila)

This is a full-time (at least 8h per day, 5 days a week) freelance remote position. The candidate should already be based in Metro Manila. Base salary PHP25000 + commission. Negotiable.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in meeting SaaS sales targets. You are expected to be independently driven, collaborative, and organized, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Tech-savviness and the ability to understand our software is crucial. Previous experience in Facilities Management or related sectors is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion
- Lead Generation: Supplement the lead pipeline by generating leads independently
- Participation in and conduct of online client demonstrations
- Establish partnerships with relevant channel partners (e.g. FM Companies FM Consultants, CMMS Resllers, IoT vendors)
- Source, prepare and pitch for suitable CMMS tenders
- Network and engage with the local Facilities Management industry
