• This position requires the management of a third-party CRM environment, including marketing journeys,
Responsibilities:
• Manage CRM web environment design, deployment, and maintenance activities. Perform testing and quality assurance of the platform.
• Collaborate with web developers to create and operate internal and external websites or manage projects, such as e-marketing campaigns.
• Install or configure add-ons and software to ensure that the directory structure is well-defined, logical, and secure and that files are correctly named.
• Determine sources of web page or server problems and take action to correct such issues.
• Solid knowledge of WordPress and PHP is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Review or update web page content or links promptly, using appropriate tools.
Candidate Profile:
• Strong technical knowledge of CRM system software
• Thorough understanding of marketing journeys and campaigns
• Prior experience in a marketing or communications environment
Highly Desirable
• Working knowledge of technical client systems
• Good problem-solving skills with linear and logical troubleshooting skills, process knowledge, assessment, design, and documentation skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Solid analytical, technical, and project management skills
• Must have proficiency with various software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Skilled in multi-tasking, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a concise, clear, and focused manner
Key Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in a related field or advanced vocational training with 2 -4 years of related experience or 3 + years of related work experience.
• Computer skills, including experience operating within a server or CRM environment, and proficient internet navigation skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Intermediate to advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the root cause of customer issues
