About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time Operations Manager with strong attention to detail and solid understanding of finance. You’ll be responsible for three key areas: Accounting, Operations, and Client Success.

You’ll be responsible for three key areas:

Accounting, Operations, and Client Success.

Responsibilities
- Accounting
- Categorize expenses
- Forecast cash flow
- Analyze P&L
- Create and track budgets

Operations
- Monitor sell-through rates
- Manage warehouse and logistics
- Issue purchase orders
- Maintain production calendar

Client Success
- Handle order changes and cancellations
- Verify order fraud
- Respond to chatbot, dog bite, and email inquiries
- Manage client reviews and outreach
- Track delivery and fulfillment times

Technical Skills
- 1 to 2 years minimum in a finance or operations role (we will ask for verification)
- Excellent Excel ability & strong with numbers
- Excellent written & spoken English
- Significant bonus if you speak Chinese/Mandarin or are a CPA

Details
- Full-time: 160 hrs/month (Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun) (Tue & Thur off)
- Hours: 5am–1pm Manila time
- Base Salary: $1000–$1600/month (depending on experience)
- Weekly pay every Monday
- Performance-based bonuses
- 1-month paid trial ? 12-month full-time contract

This is a salaried role, not hourly — we’re looking for someone to grow with the company.

We will provide bonuses & salary increases if you are able to solve problems independently and can hire and manage new talent (customer support agents, for example).
