Executive Virtual Assistant (Digital Operations & Copywriting)

We combine streamlined backend systems with powerful messaging and storytelling to drive impact. We work with a fully remote team across various time zones, using tools like ClickUp, ---------- , Nextcloud, Channable, and self-hosted infrastructure. We are looking for a smart, resourceful executive VA who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and can think, write, and act like an operator—not just a task-taker.

???? Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration
• Maintain digital systems (file org, email filters, tags, cloud folders)
• Track tasks and project progress inside ClickUp
• Act as digital assistant to founder: organize life and business systems
• Liaise with the team through ---------- and manage communications
• Assist in CRM (entering customer details, managing first contact records)

Writing & Fundraising
• Draft compelling crowdfunding and fundraising campaign copy
• Use ChatGPT to structure and refine high-converting stories
• Collaborate with marketing/social media team to distribute content across platforms
• Translate or localize campaign copy for international audiences, especially Dutch

Product & Ecommerce
• Assist with Channable to categorize and publish product feeds
• Write SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions (using ChatGPT)
• Support product sorting, tagging, and syncing to different platforms

???? Requirements
• Strong written English (grammar tools like Grammarly are allowed)
• Solid experience using ClickUp, Notion, or project management tools
• Confident using ChatGPT for copy creation or automation
• Proactive mindset: you think ahead, not just wait for instructions
• Familiar with or willing to learn Channable and Nextcloud
• Bonus: Experience in digital fundraising, ecommerce, or crowdfunding
• Bonus: Familiarity with Dutch culture or language
