1|Role Overview
You will own the end to end management of Meta
2|Key Responsibilities
Design full funnel strategies (TOF — MOF — BOF)— drive consistent, profitable growth.
Build, launch & A/B test campaigns (creative, audience, placement, bidding)— surface high return variables, cut waste.
Research markets & audiences (PH + global) — craft hyper relevant targeting and messaging.
Monitor performance daily via Ads Manager, GA4, Triple Whale — stay on KPI and act in real time.
Partner with Content, Design & CRO teams — ensure unified brand story and landing page alignment.
Report results weekly/monthly (Looker Studio, Sheets) — deliver clear insights and next step recommendations.
Stay ahead of platform changes (iOS privacy, Advantage+, AI driven creatives)— keep clients competitive and compliant.
3|What We’re Looking For
Proven expertise: 2+years managing Meta ad budgets of US $5k/month with demonstrable ROAS improvements.
Technical mastery: Business Manager, Pixel/CAPI, attribution modelling, UTM governance.
Analytical rigour: Advanced GA4 & Looker Studio skills; confident with spreadsheets (pivot, vlookups, regex).
E commerce fluency: Deep understanding of funnel economics, CBO vs ABO allocation, LTV and payback windows.
Communication: Professional English—concise status updates, data led storytelling, client facing poise.
Bonus talents: TikTok Ads, Google PMAX, marketing automation, or leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney) for creative ideation.
