About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with our brand’s goals and storytelling style. You’ll be working on a variety of content such as social media videos, YouTube content, ads, reels, interviews, and more.

Responsibilities:
1. Edit high-quality videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and flow
2. Cut, trim, color-correct, and enhance raw footage into compelling content
3. Add subtitles, sound effects, music, motion graphics, and transitions as needed
4. Follow brand guidelines and client instructions for each project
5. Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
6. Stay updated on video trends and platform-specific styles
7. Meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
8. Take feedback professionally and make revisions quickly

Qualifications of the Perfect Video Editor:
? Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
? Knowledge of After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus
? Excellent sense of storytelling, rhythm, and visual flow
? Strong attention to detail and creative judgment
? Experience editing short-form (Reels, TikToks) and long-form (YouTube, interviews, webinars)
? Skilled in adding motion graphics, animations, and clean transitions
? Organized with file management and able to follow naming conventions
? Able to work independently and take ownership of editing tasks
? Fast turnaround time and great at managing multiple projects
? Can understand and follow briefs clearly
? Good attitude, open to feedback, and a team player
? Bonus: Familiarity with editing VSLs, UGC ads, or content for coaches and e-commerce brands.
