Email Deliverability & Domain Configuration Expert (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX)

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Email Deliverability & Outreach Specialist to join us part-time, but can eventually move to full-time. You’ll be responsible for auditing and managing email systems across multiple domains, running cold outreach and marketing email campaigns, and ensuring strong inbox placement and performance across all brands.

This is a long-term, part-time role with the opportunity to grow as our company expands. You must be an expert in understanding the technical aspects of setting up email domains.

Key Responsibilities:
• Audit and maintain domain settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX)
• Ensure proper From: header alignment and DKIM domain signatures
• Manage cold email outreach campaigns (setup, execution, optimization)
• Manage marketing email campaigns across different brands
• A/B test subject lines, copy, and CTAs to improve engagement
• Monitor deliverability metrics and troubleshoot issues
• Warm up new domains and email addresses when needed
• Create SOPs and documentation for consistent future setups
• Recommend tools and strategies to scale email outreach safely

You’ll Be Working With:
• Google Workspace (Gmail for business email)
• Namecheap (domain registrar)
• Bluehost and GoDaddy (DNS management)
• Email platforms like Instantly, Lemlist, Mailwarm, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and MailerLite
• Multiple brand domains and email campaigns (cold + marketing)

What We’re Looking For:
• Deep experience with DNS and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Proven success managing cold outreach and email marketing campaigns
• Ability to improve open, click, and reply rates through testing
• Strong attention to detail and inbox placement
• Clear communicator with organized documentation habits
• Able to work independently and reliably on a part-time schedule

Bonus If You Have:
• Copywriting experience for cold and nurture email flows
• Familiarity with lead segmentation, tagging, and list hygiene
• Experience supporting multiple brands or digital agencies
