Overview:
A fast-growing digital growth firm is looking for a skilled Social Media Specialist to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the B2B landscape, is passionate about AI and content strategy, and can manage multiple accounts while handling creative briefs and project timelines with ease.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage B2B social media content across multiple platforms
-Conduct light AI-related research to fuel high-quality posts and trend insights
-Collaborate on creative briefs and ensure timely execution of deliverables
-Track project progress and communicate effectively with the broader team

What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in social media management, especially in B2B
-Understanding of AI trends and/or interest in technology sectors
-Strong project management and organizational skills
-Excellent written communication and a creative mindset
-Availability to grow with the role into full-time hours as needed

Compensation:
$450 USD/month trial period
$500 USD/month upon successful completion of trial
Further pay increases possible based on performance and number of accounts managed
