About Us:

Dansie Design Build is a residential design and construction firm based in the U.S., focused on delivering exceptional design, stress-free remodels, and high-end basement finishes for homeowners who want clarity and confidence in their home improvement journey.

We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced, proactive, and process-driven Executive Assistant to become a long-term right-hand partner to the owner/founder. If you’ve supported a busy entrepreneur in the construction, design, or architectural world—and you’re ready to step into a trusted leadership-support role—this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

The Role:

You’ll be the owner’s strategic support partner—helping manage priorities, organize communication, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll help run the backend of the business, stay ahead of bottlenecks, and help make sure projects, clients, and tea ---------- mbers are all supported and moving forward.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Operations:
• Manage email and calendar for the owner (filter, flag, respond, and follow-up)
• Own lead follow-up, qualification, and pipeline organization in our CRM
• Create and maintain a weekly priorities tracker
• Proactively manage recurring tasks without being reminded
• Coordinate subcontractor paperwork, insurance, and permitting

Construction/Admin Support:
• Submit and track building permits (experience required)
• Organize project files, drawings, and job site updates
• Communicate with clients, designers, and subs as needed
• Help run weekly update routines for jobs in progress

Marketing & Systems (bonus, not required):
• Prepare social media posts and visuals in Canva
• Maintain and improve simple systems using Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms
• Organize SOPs and help document workflows

You Might Be a Fit If:
• You’ve supported a business owner or project lead in construction, design/build, or architecture
• You’re confident with email triage, scheduling, and executive follow-up
• You take ownership, keep track of open loops, and don’t need reminders
• You’ve helped submit permits, manage subcontractor documents, or organize residential remodels
• You love structure, clarity, and staying 3 steps ahead
• You’re emotionally mature, calm under pressure, and solution-focused
• You’re looking for a long-term, stable opportunity—not a temporary gig

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience as an executive assistant or project coordinator
• Experience working in or supporting a construction, remodeling, or architecture business
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working 6 hours/day in U.S. business hours
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Canva, task tools, CRM, etc.)
• Highly organized, self-managing, and results-oriented

Compensation:
• Starting hourly rate: $4–$7USD/hour, depending on experience and prior results attained
• Performance-based cash bonuses for results and process improvement
• Long-term, stable role with room to grow in hours, pay, and responsibility

How to Apply on OnlineJobs.ph:

If you’ve read this far and you’re serious about being a long-term part of our team, please apply directly through OnlineJobs.ph with the word “basement” as the ONLY word in your subject line. This helps us know you followed the instructions fully.

In your message, please include:
1. A short Loom video (2–3 minutes) where you introduce yourself and cover:
• Your relevant experience in construction, design, or architecture
• An example of how you’ve supported a business owner
• Why you’re excited about this role
