PART TIME VA NEEDED

- Compile orders daily and enter the tracking numbers into the system when the supplier sends them back (about 1.5 hours daily to be started and completed between 3pm-4.30pm Manila time.
- Respond to customer queries via email or FB messenger, as and when they come in. The emails are sporadic so you have to keep an eye on the FB page and the emails.
- You must be proficient with shopify, order fulfillment and customer service.
- The pay, workload and the hours will increase as the store grows.
