Virtual Assistant for Boutique Pilates Studio – Customer Support, Scheduling & Social Media (Part-Time)

I’m looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and reliable Virtual Assistant to support my boutique Classical Pilates studio based in Atlanta, GA. This is a remote part-time position with flexible hours, ideally 10–15 hours per week to start.

Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via email/text with warmth and professionalism

Manage client bookings and rescheduling via Acuity (or similar platform)

Assist with simple content posting on Instagram, TikTok, and Canva

Send follow-up emails and appointment reminders

Organize a simple content calendar or checklist

Light admin (update spreadsheets, track packages, etc.)

Requirements:
Excellent English (spoken and written)

Friendly, kind, and professional tone

Familiarity with Canva, Acuity, Instagram, Zoom

Bonus if you’ve worked with wellness brands or Pilates/yoga studios!
