JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team and take charge of social media, client engagement, and admin support. You’ll be managing our Facebook groups, supporting monthly workshop launches, posting daily content (including reels), and keeping our client database engaged and booked in.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on social media, is confident with tech platforms like GoHighLevel, and enjoys keeping things organised behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

????????? Social Media Management
- Manage and grow two Facebook groups – one for leads, one for clients.
- Post daily content and reels to Facebook and Instagram.
- Schedule and upload monthly workshop content across social platforms.
- Boost group engagement by replying to comments, initiating conversations, and managing requests.

???? Client Engagement & Communication
- Maintain regular communication with our client database to ensure calls are booked and followed up.
- Respond to client messages across platforms (email, GoHighLevel, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor and support engagement in the client Facebook group.

???? General Admin Support
- Check and manage business emails daily.
- Respond to inquiries, redirect messages as needed, and follow up with clients.
- Use GoHighLevel to manage CRM tasks: appointments, pipelines, automation, contact management, etc.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Confident with Facebook, Instagram, and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
- Experience using GoHighLevel is highly preferred.
- Comfortable creating and posting reels and managing group content.
- Strong written communication and people skills.
- Excellent organisation, follow-up, and time management abilities.
- Previous experience in admin, virtual assistant roles, or online client-facing roles.

Bonus Points:
- Experience working in online coaching, consulting, or service-based businesses.
- Familiar with Canva, Zoom, and other digital tools.
- Comfortable taking initiative and bringing new ideas to the table.
