WordPress and IT Expert

We are hiring a highly skilled WordPress Expert to support the website operations of StretchMed® (Assisted Stretching Studios) and Get In Shape For Women® (Boutique Fitness Studios for Women Only).


Key Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and maintain pages in WordPress (Elementor experience a strong plus)

Update and troubleshoot websites for StretchMed and GISFW

Manage domain hosting, DNS records, SSLs, subdomains, and redirects

Implement website changes with zero downtime

Collaborate via Zoom breakout room during shift for real-time communication

Log work hours using a time tracker with screenshots

Optimize site performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness

Handle landing page edits, blog publishing, form integration (e.g., CRMs like ---------- nce), and basic SEO tagging


Requirements:

Full-time availability: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday)

Must not have any other clients during this schedule (we verify this)

Proficient in:

WordPress (Elementor, Gutenberg, plugins)

Domain & hosting management (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.)

Basic SEO and speed optimization tools (Google PageSpeed, GTmetrix)

Site backups and staging site handling

Strong English communication and ability to follow instructions

Willing to be active and collaborative on Zoom during work hours

Willing to use Hubstaff/Time Doctor or similar with screenshots


Compensation:

Starting rate: $1,400/month (With conditions)

Subject to performance evaluation after 30 days

Bonuses and pay increases are based on ownership, reliability, and results
