Remote Appointment Setter (Inbound/Outbound Calls) for Medspa (GHL CRM)

We are a busy and growing Medspa based in the U.S., offering services like facials, skin tightening, and body sculpting. We’re looking for a friendly and professional Appointment Setter to call, text, and follow up with leads using Go High Level (GHL). Your main goal: book appointments and reduce no-shows.

???? What You'll Do:
Call incoming leads ASAP to qualify and book them

Follow up with older leads via SMS, phone, and email

Use Go High Level to manage conversations and bookings

Reconfirm daily appointments to reduce cancellations

Handle basic FAQs about Medspa services (training provided)

Update lead status, notes, and tags in GHL

Communicate with U.S. office team regularly

? Requirements:
Fluent spoken and written English with a friendly tone

Go High Level CRM experience is a must

Proven phone sales or appointment setting experience

Clear headset, noise-free work area, and reliable internet

Can work U.S. hours (Pacific or Eastern Time)

Confident, organized, and excellent at follow-up

Bonus: Background in Medspa, skincare, or beauty industry
