E-commerce Marketplace Specialist – Natural Supplements

The Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Specialist with proven experience in listing and managing health or supplement products on Amazon and ---------- . You’ll be responsible for setting up optimized product listings, navigating compliance requirements, and advising on logistics — ensuring a smooth and successful launch on both platforms.

What You’ll Do:
- Advise on required product data, certifications, and image specs for listing supplements
- Set up and optimize listings on Amazon and Walmart to maximize visibility and conversion
- Ensure all listings meet platform and regulatory compliance, including dietary supplement labeling
- Guide us through FBA setup (if applicable), shipping logistics, and account configurations
- Provide support on Walmart Seller Center setup and integration
- Troubleshoot listing errors, flagging and resolving platform-specific issues
- Collaborate with our internal team to meet project timelines and milestones

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success managing Amazon listings (especially in supplements or health-related categories)
- Working knowledge of Walmart Marketplace and Seller Center
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for dietary supplements
- Experience optimizing listings based on platform best practices and keyword strategies
- Solid understanding of FBA and shipping/logistics configurations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and proactively


Bonus Points (Preferred but Not Required):
- Experience working with natural or organic supplement brands
- Familiarity with Amazon and Walmart advertising/marketing tools
- Interest or ability to grow with us into a larger operational role as we scale

This is a part-time role starting at $750/month. Perfect for someone who wants to grow with a purpose-driven brand and take ownership of launching a supplements line on two of the most important e-commerce platforms.
