Head of Customer Service / Customer Service Manager

We’re urgently looking for a highly disciplined and experienced Head of Customer Service / Customer Service Manager to take full ownership of the customer experience for our growing eCommerce business.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Managing all customer support tickets, DMs, and comments across social platforms
Moderating and responding to customer reviews
Providing phone support with professionalism and care
Hiring, training, and leading a team of CS agents
Upholding high CSAT and service standards
Creating moments of “surprise and delight” for our customers

You must have hands-on experience with:
