Data Entry Specialist (Project-Based, 2–4 Weeks)

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Data Entry Specialist with 5+ years of experience for a 2–4 week project focused on accounts receivable data processing. Candidates must have at least 2 years of AR experience, and familiarity with Australian business systems is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
- Enter and update financial/customer data accurately
- Support accounts receivable reconciliation
- Ensure data integrity across systems
- Collaborate with finance or project teams to meet deadlines

Requirements:
* 5+ years in data entry roles
* 2+ years working with accounts receivable
* Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience with Australian companies preferred
