About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Inside Sales Consultant with a proven track record in leading high-performing inside sales teams. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can set clear targets, drive performance, and collaborate across functions to align sales with broader business goals.

You will play a critical role in shaping our inside sales engine, working closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive pipeline growth, improve conversion, and maximize team impact.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor the inside sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets

Define and implement KPIs, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement

Collaborate with Sales Executives to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy

Work closely with the Marketing Executive to ensure alignment of campaigns, messaging, and lead quality

Develop reporting frameworks to track team performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics

Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to build capability and morale

Continuously analyze market feedback and sales data to improve outbound and inbound strategies

Serve as the bridge between front-line operations and senior leadership for feedback and strategy execution

What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership experience in managing an inside sales team

Deep understanding of inside sales metrics, pipeline management, and lead qualification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead by example

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Experience collaborating with marketing and field sales teams to align objectives and drive results

Qualifications
5+ years in inside sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or consulting role

Experience setting, tracking, and optimizing team KPIs

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Background in SaaS, tech, or B2B sales preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
