About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and communicative Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting our sales pipeline with energy, persistence, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone,
Schedule appointments and demos for senior sales representatives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Conduct initial needs analysis to understand customer pain points and align with solutions
Follow up consistently on leads and maintain a strong pipeline
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve outreach strategies
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for calls,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
Prior experience working in a remote or international team environment is a bonus
