About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and communicative Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop their sales skills and make a measurable impact. You will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting our sales pipeline with energy, persistence, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and chat to qualify prospects

Schedule appointments and demos for senior sales representatives

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

Conduct initial needs analysis to understand customer pain points and align with solutions

Follow up consistently on leads and maintain a strong pipeline

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve outreach strategies

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and qualified opportunities

What We’re Looking For
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude

Highly organized with great attention to detail

Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to grow within a sales career

Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms

Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative global team

Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or lead generation role (preferred but not required)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus

Prior experience working in a remote or international team environment is a bonus
