NOW HIRING: Full-Time Virtual Setter (DM Outreach) — Base + Commission | $1500+/month Potential

We’re a fast-growing marketing company that helps service-based businesses generate leads through Instagram. We’re hiring an experienced, full-time Virtual Setter to handle Instagram DM outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• DM new followers and ad engagers on Instagram
• Qualify leads using our proven framework
• Follow up with leads consistently until they book
• Set phone appointments directly on my calendar
• Track all outreach and lead activity inside our CRM
• Communicate regularly with our team and adjust based on feedback

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) — Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST
• Fluent English — written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail — you’ll be tracking everything in our CRM
• DM experience or appointment setting background required
• Reliable internet, quiet work environment, and a professional setup
• Coachable, motivated, and hungry to grow your income
• Results-driven mindset — you’ll be evaluated based on booked calls

• Base pay + performance-based commission
• $1500+/month earning potential
