Job Opportunity: Customer Relations Virtual Assistant

This is an entry level position.

As our Customer Relations VA, you will be the central point of contact for many of our client interactions, ensuring smooth operations and nurturing our community. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact and work flexibly from your own location.

Responsibilities:

Schedule Management: Efficiently manage my calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely reminders for meetings and calls.
Contract Administration: Prepare and send out client contracts, meticulously noting client account details and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Inquiry Management: Professionally and promptly respond to phone and email inquiries, providing helpful information and resolving issues effectively.

Facebook
Group Management (Lead Nurturing): Actively manage our public Facebook group, creating engaging content, fostering a supportive environment, and strategically nurturing members towards becoming new clients.
Online Community Management (Paid Clients): Cultivate a thriving online community for our paid clients, facilitating discussions, sharing valuable resources, and enhancing their overall experience.
General Administrative Support: Provide other administrative support as needed to ensure efficient client relations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a customer service/client relations role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in managing online communities, particularly Facebook groups.
Experience with scheduling tools and CRM software (mention specific tools if applicable, e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly, GoHighLevel CRM).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
