Meta Ads Launcher & Canva Creatives Specialist

Job Title: Meta Ads Launcher & Canva Creatives Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

We are looking for a proactive specialist with proven experience in launching Meta Ads and designing creatives in Canva. You will support two e-commerce stores by setting up, testing, and optimizing ad campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Set up Meta ad campaigns (launch, retargeting, testing) daily
Design high-quality creatives in Canva
Track ad performance in spreadsheets
Create performance reports for the team/CEO
Manage ad comments (hide, delete, respond)
Test ads and funnel tech before going live
Communicate clearly with the CEO, video editor, and executive assistant
Attend weekly tea ---------- etings
Requirements:

Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Canva
Strong attention to detail and organization
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Basic knowledge of e-commerce or dropshipping
Responsible, proactive, and a team player
Additional Information:

Full-time (flexible hours as long as deadlines are met)
Fixed monthly compensation (to be discussed)
Remote position
Immediate start preferred
You will be working across two online stores
