### About Us:

At Q’s Recording Studios, we help independent artists, entrepreneurs, and businesses bring their ideas to life through high-quality podcast production. From sound design to final delivery, we offer a full-service creative pipeline that includes video, audio, branding, and distribution. We’re seeking a skilled Podcast Editor who can handle the full scope of production with creativity, speed, and attention to detail.

### Role Overview:

We’re looking for a versatile Podcast Editor who can oversee and execute all post-production needs across our podcast projects. You’ll work closely with our producers and creative team to deliver polished, professional, and engaging episodes — both audio and video.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Audio Editing: Clean, mix, master, and enhance podcast audio (EQ, compression, noise reduction, leveling, etc.)
* Video Editing: Edit multi-camera podcast footage, sync audio/video, add transitions, b-roll, and dynamic visuals
* Intro/Outro Creation: Design and implement branded intros/outros for podcast episodes (audio and video)
* Motion Graphics & Lower Thirds: Create custom motion graphics for titles, names, transitions, and visual branding
* Episode Packaging: Export and deliver all final assets in optimized formats for YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.
* Social Clips: Cut down full episodes into engaging 30–60 second promo clips for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
* Graphics & Thumbnails: Design podcast episode thumbnails and graphics aligned with brand guidelines
* File Management: Organize and maintain file structures for all episodes and content assets
* Creative Input: Collaborate with the team to improve show structure, flow, and storytelling

### Must-Have Skills:

* Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools
* Skilled in audio post-production and mixing/mastering for podcasts
* Strong video editing skills, including multi-cam editing and syncing
* Experience with motion graphics using After Effects or similar
* Eye for design and branding across different platforms
* Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly
* Strong communication and organization skills

### Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

* Experience with Descript, Riverside, or Streamyard
* Familiarity with YouTube SEO and upload optimization
* Basic color grading skills
* Understanding of podcast strategy and storytelling
* Knowledge of audio hosting platforms like Buzzsprout, Anchor, or Libsyn
