Vacant Land Acquisition Manager

Looking for a Vacant Land Acquisition Manager – with experience getting contracts signed.
We are looking to add a full-time or part-time acquisition manager to our team.

Soft Skills needed:
Fluent in speaking and writing English
Minimal foreign accent (many of our sellers want to feel like they are speaking to someone in the United States). Please, any response to this ad must INCLUDE YOUR VOICE RECORDING discussing your job experience.

Detail-Orientated (notes of the calls must be added to the CRM)
Kind and empathetic.
Pay is salary + bonus for sign contracts

Schedule:
Monday - Friday (9:30am EST to 6pm EST).

Pay:
Base Salary between $8/hr to $12/hr US (depending on experience). Plus $50 for every signed contract!
