JOB OVERVIEW

Print Spark is a fast-growing custom printing company based in Florida and we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who specializes in creating clean, professional print marketing materials. Your focus will be on designing things like flyers, business cards, postcards, brochures, rack cards, and more — the kind of materials small businesses rely on to look polished and legit.

We prefer someone who’s comfortable using Canva, but if you’re strong in Photoshop or Illustrator, that’s great too — as long as you understand layout, alignment, bleed, and what makes a file truly print-ready.

You’ll work closely with our founders and creative team to turn ideas, sketches, or reference images into polished designs our clients love.

What You’ll Do:
Design print-ready flyers, business cards, postcards, brochures, rack cards, and more
Follow brand guidelines or reference styles provided by clients
Prep print files with proper bleeds, alignment, resolution, and format
Help upscale or clean up client artwork when needed
Organize and label final files in Google Drive or client folders

Ideal Candidate:
Strong eye for layout, spacing, and clean design
Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Knows how to prep files for high-quality print production (bleeds, CMYK/RGB, resolution)
Detail-oriented and reliable — we need someone who double-checks their work
Clear communicator with good written English

Pay & Perks:
$3–$5/hr USD depending on experience
Steady stream of projects
Long-term role with opportunity to grow as our team expands

To Apply, Send:
Resume
A link to your portfolio or 5–10 samples of print materials (flyers, cards, brochures, etc.)
A short message about your experience with print design + preferred software (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
