We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a 7-figure dropshipping business in the fashion and home decor space, we know that excellent customer support is the backbone of our long-term success.

You’ll be responsible for handling customer support tickets, resolving order-related questions, and making sure every customer receives clear and friendly communication. [What We’re Looking For]
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent written English
- Previous experience with dropshipping is a MUST
- Familiarity with tools like ReAmaze, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar
- Ability to follow instructions and SOPs, but also raise suggestions for improvements
- Reliable, organized, and responsive
- Calm under pressure and focused on solutions
