Job Overview:
We’re hiring a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Repair Specialist who can manage the full credit repair lifecycle—from onboarding and credit analysis to executing advanced dispute strategies and regular progress reporting.
Responsibilities:
Dispute negative items (late payments, collections, inquiries, etc.) using Factual, Metro 2, Consumer Law, and regulatory filings (CFPB, FTC, BBB)
Operate and manage Credit Repair CRM systems like Credit Repair Cloud (CRC)
Utilize or create dispute letter templates for various client situations
Handle bureau communications, credit freezes, and identity theft processes
Manage complex cases: Bankruptcies, ChexSystems, EWS, Data Breaches, TU Sweeps
Deliver accurate weekly updates and maintain detailed case documentation
Assist with converting leads into long-term clients through follow-up and relationship-building
Qualifications:
At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in credit repair
Proficiency with CRC or equivalent CRM systems
Excellent written English and communication skills
Access to reliable internet and a distraction-free work environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow U.S. credit repair regulations
