Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This role blends content strategy, video storytelling, and visual design to drive engagement across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media accounts, crafting compelling campaigns, and editing video content that aligns with our brand identity—preferably within the fashion or creative industries. You’ll be instrumental in helping Nushi Studios tell meaningful stories and grow our community online.
Job Description:
Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and attract new followers across all platforms
Create and manage digital ad campaigns, collaborating with our marketing team to boost visibility and conversions across Meta platforms and TikTok.
Conceptualize and pitch content ideas that fuse internet culture, trend-driven storytelling, and Nushi Studio’s unique aesthetic—ensuring each post includes strategic use of audio, design elements, and captions.
Manage day-to-day social media content calendars, including the ideation, scheduling, and posting of content across all platforms
Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually captivating and culturally relevant content.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates to stay ahead of the curve and keep content fresh.
Analyze content performance using tools like Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and Later; track KPIs and refine strategies accordingly.
Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all content touchpoints.
Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering genuine relationships with followers.
Job Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in social media management or digital content strategy.
Solid graphic design skills (Canva or similar) and a strong visual eye for social-first content.
Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Express, etc.)
Strong understanding of hashtag strategies, trending audio, and social storytelling.
Proven experience in paid ads for social media
Comfortable using analytics tools to assess performance and inform strategy.
Strong writing and communication skills, with a knack for crafting on-brand, scroll-stopping captions.
Passion for internet culture, aesthetics, storytelling, and community building.
Must have a consistent internet speed of at least 25MBPS to ensure smooth remote communication and workflow. A backup internet connection is also required in case of outages
Must have access to a reliable, up-to-date computer with sufficient processing power and memory (e.g., Ryzen 5, i5)
