Ben here from TimeBack Digital — a startup digital marketing agency based in Melbourne. We’re building a business focused on helping clients get their time back through smart, effective marketing and streamlined digital systems.

Right now, we’re working with a small group of pilot clients on a pro bono basis to prove our value and build trust. These clients are waiting to see clear outcomes before committing to paid services — so our priority is delivering real, high-quality results quickly.

We’re looking for an experienced, talented graphic designer who’s ready to join us early, contribute creatively, and grow with us as we scale. This is a chance to be part of the foundation, not just another freelancer.

We’re starting with a $5 USD/hour rate while we get traction, but we’re building toward paid work fast — and we want to grow our team from the inside out with people who are in it for the long game.
