The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Business Development Associate to support and complement our BD Director. The Director works flexibly from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET, and we expect you to cover part of the afternoon and evening CET hours to ensure overlap and extended time zone coverage.

This role requires flexibility, full commitment, and an ownership mindset. You will lead outreach efforts, manage follow-ups, and conduct client meetings—especially during later hours. You are expected to treat the role as your primary focus. You must not work for any other company, client, or project while engaged with us.
We reward results through performance shares, and each closed deal earns you additional shares to reflect your direct contribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients and partners (starting with LinkedIn, expanding to other channels)
- Manage lead follow-ups and relationship development
- Conduct online meetings with international prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach tracking
- Contribute across the team as needed in a fast-moving environment

Requirements
- Full-time availability and exclusive focus on SUNAGO
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident and professional in online meetings
- Stable home-office setup
- Proactive, self-driven, and accountable

Bonus Skills
Languages such as French, Spanish, or Arabic are a plus. Experience in admin, CRM, website updates, IT tools, or HR is also valuable in our collaborative team setup.
