JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Client Success Executive to work remotely. You’ll play a key role in supporting our business development and marketing efforts, managing communication, coordinating virtual events, and ensuring smooth backend operations for our healthcare and wellness events.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Communication (30%)
- Plan and schedule email campaigns (EDMs) using tools like Canva and Mailchimp/Moosend.
- Design event and promo visuals using Canva or similar tools.
- Coordinate and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok).
- Work with the Business Development Manager to execute marketing initiatives including digital promotions and partner campaigns.
- Management of Healing Hands Corporate Member website
- Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and lead flow.

2. Admin & Remote Account Management (30%)
- Respond to inbound inquiries and emails from corporate clients and patients.
- Maintain client and event data in CRM (Netsuite)
- Generate reports and keep records of corporate patient leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing speaker profiles, event outlines, health talk synopses, and related documents.


3. Events Coordination (20%)
- Coordinate event logistics remotely with part-timers and vendors.
- Send pre-event communications to clients and internal teams.
- Support virtual/remote elements of health and wellness events.
- Liaise with the marketing team for event collaterals and timelines.


4. Customer Success & Lead Nurturing (20%)
- Assist in nurturing leads post-event via follow-up emails and calls.
- Help ensure special consultation rates and appointment reminders are sent.
- Support clinic staff in lead conversion efforts through CRM and messaging platforms.


Requirements
- Min Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Needs to have own laptop to run CANVA, Google Workspace, Zoom
- Mobile phone for Whatsapp, Google Chat or Zoom communication.
- A stable internet connection when working from home.

Experience with:
- Canva (essential)
- Email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp/moosend)
- Social media platforms (Facebook/Tiktok/IG/Linkedin)
- CRM systems (e.g., Netsuite – training can be provided)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple digital tasks remotely.
Performance will be measured monthly based on tasks completed.
