Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Marketing Support & Admin) – Long-Term Role
We’re hiring!
Join a growing Australian-based lead generation startup focused on home services (cleaning, maintenance, and more). We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who is organized, motivated, and excited to grow with us.
Job Details:
• Position: Virtual Assistant – Admin & Marketing Support
• Type: Part-time to Full-time (starting 20 hours/week, potential to grow)
• Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap with AEST (Sydney time)
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience – starting between $500–$700 USD/month
Responsibilities:
• Manage lead data and update spreadsheets
• Coordinate between clients and service providers
• Help with social media posts and basic ad monitoring
• Answer
• Assist in basic reporting and task tracking
• Research tasks and competitor analysis
• Light project management tasks using Trello / Notion
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Fast and reliable internet connection
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Familiar with Trello, Notion, Slack – or quick to learn
• Bonus: Familiarity with digital marketing or lead generation
