About the Role
We’re on a mission to establish Prime Lead Studio (PLS) as a scalable content business with diversified revenue streams, fueled by viral storytelling and high-value affiliate marketing. We’re building a performance-driven YouTube channel that delivers entertaining, informative casino gameplay videos with the goal of scaling affiliate revenue and building a loyal viewer base.
We’re seeking a YouTube Project Manager who is capable of handling the entire video production process from end to end—from keyword research and scripting, to gameplay voiceover, editing, thumbnail creation, and publishing.
This is a fully hands-on role—you will own the content from concept to final upload. No delegating. You’ll be responsible for producing consistent, high-quality videos that balance entertainment with SEO-based growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Keyword Research
Identify high-potential casino-related topics using SEO tools
Prioritize based on search volume, competition, and growth potential

Script Writing
Create 5-minute engaging scripts using AI assistance
Analyze top-performing content for structure and tone

Voiceover & Gameplay Recording
Record gameplay while delivering clear, entertaining narration
React dynamically to in-game events with natural commentary

Video Editing
Edit footage for pace, excitement, and retention
Add transitions, effects, and ensure professional quality

Thumbnail Creation
Design eye-catching thumbnails that follow brand guidelines
Use text and imagery to boost click-through rates

Publishing & Analytics
Optimize titles, descriptions, and tags for SEO
Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategy accordingly

Who You Are:
YouTube production experience (ideally in gaming or entertainment content)
Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Comfortable performing voiceover while playing casino-style games
Understands YouTube SEO, CTR optimization, and retention principles
Able to manage end-to-end production autonomously
Familiarity with AI tools for script writing and editing (e.g. ClaudeAI, ChatGPT)
Reliable, self-motivated, and organized under deadlines

Performance Expectations
Deliver consistent video output on a weekly schedule
Produce all elements of video production (research, script, gameplay, edit, publish)
Optimize content for performance (SEO, engagement, click-through)
Track metrics, adapt strategy, and continuously improve content quality
