JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing campaigns that promote our brand, increase engagement, and drive growth. You will play a key role in shaping our online voice and fostering a vibrant online community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand identity
• Manage day-to-day content creation and publishing across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce engaging multimedia content (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.)
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and engage with the online community
• Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies
• Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budget
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and aesthetics across all platforms

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), and trends
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills
• Creative thinker with strong visual and content curation abilities
• Experience with basic graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred but not required)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or nonprofit
• Knowledge of social media advertising, including A/B testing and audience targeting
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media partnerships
• Crisis management and reputation monitoring experience
