Salary Range: $550–$650 USD/month (plus performance-based bonus potential)

Schedule:

Friday/Saturday/Monday (Morning GMT+8)
Wednesday/Thursday (Evening GMT+8)

Time:

Day Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+8) with 1-hour lunch
Evening Shifts: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (GMT +8) with 1 hour lunch

On-Call (Rare): Day Shifts 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Evening Shifts 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM (GMT +8)

Off Days: Tuesday & Sunday

--Core Responsibilities--

Respond promptly and professionally to guest messages across Airbnb and other platforms

Client Onboarding

Coordinate maintenance and repairs

Promote listings through social media as needed

Respond to reviews

Various admin related tasks

Log daily activity and tasks in ClickUp project management tool

Review and flag guest review trends to ensure Airbnb satisfaction scores remain above 4.95

--What We’re Looking For--

Fluent English speaker (spoken and written)

Airbnb platform experience is a strong plus

Ability to troubleshoot independently and present three possible solutions when a problem arises

Strong writing skills and attention to detail

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Highly organized and responsive

Comfortable making independent decisions

Demonstrated ability to be proactive (include that word subtly in your message title ????)

Team player with a positive, calm approach under pressure

Stable internet connection, reliable computer, and smartphone with unlimited high-speed data

Must not hold any other full-time or part-time job
