Senior Instagram + LinkedIn DM Outreach Specialist (Performance-Based | No Training Provided)

We are hiring a high-level Filipino DM outreach specialist who has real experience building and running full Instagram + LinkedIn direct messaging systems for client acquisition.

If you need training, guidance, step-by-step SOPs, or someone watching over you — this role is NOT for you.

I need someone who can fully own and run the entire outreach system independently.
You MUST already have experience with:

-Instagram DM outreach
-LinkedIn outreach
-Creating scripts + message angles
-Building DM flows from scratch
-Lead sourcing + qualification
-Managing daily outbound volume safely
-Booking calls with US-based business owners
-Tracking DM replies, booking rates, show-ups

If your experience is only:

-admin VA
-social media posting
-basic customer service
-basic DM replies
-appointment scheduling
-cold calling only
…this will NOT be a match.

Daily Responsibilities

You will independently:

-Build D ---------- ssaging sequences
-Manage outbound message volume each day
-Hold conversations with prospects
-Qualify leads before booking
-Book appointments consistently
-Track KPIs
-Improve results weekly
-Report daily activity

This job requires ownership, not hand-holding.

Compensation (Fixed, No Ranges)

Base salary: $200 USD / month
Verified booking: $10 USD each
Show-up bonus: $20 USD each
Closed client bonus: $100 USD

A verified booking requires:
Lead replied in DM
Lead agreed to the appointment
Screenshot proof
Lead is a real qualified business owner

Weak leads, non-replies, or forced bookings will not count.

Strong performers can earn $800 – $1,500 USD per month

Weak performers earn the $200 base and are removed.
