We are a brand-new home care agency based in the United States looking for a reliable, experienced, and proactive Virtual Assistant to help us scale and grow. ???? Tasks & Responsibilities:
? Recruiting Caregivers – Post job ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding
? Google Business Setup – Help set up and optimize our Google Business Profile
? Referral Outreach – Draft and send professional
? Intake Coordination – Call or message leads from referrals to set up initial phone calls and schedule in-home assessments
? Market Research – Identify high-demand zip codes, referral partners, and market trends
? Social Media Management – Help set up and manage
? SEO Support – Basic keyword research and help optimize website or blog content
? Contracting & Credentialing Assistance – Help prepare forms and keep track of follow-ups

???? Requirements:
Experience working for a home care agency, medical practice, or health-related business (preferred)
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Familiar with Google Workspace, Canva, social media platforms, and basic SEO
Comfortable making calls or sending messages to U.S.-based contacts if needed
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
? Working Hours:
15 hours/week to start (with potential to grow)
Must be available during some U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)

Starting at $4.50/hour (negotiable based on experience)
