**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
We are an established commercial janitorial cleaning service based in California, USA, serving a wide range of commercial clients across the state. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly experienced Telemarketer to help us expand our client base by setting qualified appointments for service bids.

**JOB OVERVIEW**
This is not an entry-level role. We are hiring a results-driven professional with a proven track record of setting appointments for commercial service bids—ideally in the cleaning, maintenance, or B2B services space.

You will be calling businesses, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our estimators. You must be confident, professional, and experienced in cold calling and appointment setting.

**COMPENSATION**
Hourly Rate: Depends on experience and skill level
Bonuses: Paid for each qualified appointment set
Weekly Pay: Paid every Friday

**WORK HOURS**
Flexible Schedule – Choose your hours, but you must consistently meet daily and weekly targets
100% Remote – You will work from home but in a professional office-style environment using Zoom

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Experience Required – At least 2 years of proven success setting appointments for commercial services or B2B campaigns
Strong English Skills – Must speak clearly and confidently
CRM & Dialer Proficiency – Familiarity with lead tracking tools
Goal-Oriented – You thrive on meeting and exceeding measurable performance metrics
Reliable Internet – Stable connection and a quiet, professional home office
Self-Discipline – You can work independently while staying aligned with our goals
