Job Title:
Executive Virtual Assistant (GHL + Social Media | $7–$9/hr | Long-Term | CST Hours)
Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy VA looking for a stable long-term role with a U.S. business?
We’re hiring a full-time Executive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO of Select Auto Parts & Sales, Inc., a growing, Black woman-owned auto recycling and used parts company based in Milwaukee, WI.
We are one of the only indoor auto parts recyclers in the region and are deeply committed to sustainability, community, and workforce development.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role where you’ll help manage the CEO’s inbox, support key projects, assist with marketing and CRM workflows, and bring structure to a fast-paced team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Executive Support
• Manage the CEO’s inbox: sort, flag, draft responses, and escalate important items
• Schedule meetings, manage reminders, prepare reports or SOPs
• Attend internal meetings and track action items
Operations & Admin
• Track and assign team tasks using Asana
• Organize files, maintain documentation, and follow up with team
• Light bookkeeping using QuickBooks (basic data entry only)
• Help prepare docs for grant applications or contracts
CRM & Customer Response
• Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to tag leads, trigger automations, and monitor funnel responses
• Respond to customer inquiries for auto parts or junk cars using templates
Marketing Support
• Post on Instagram/TikTok using pre-made videos or content
• Repurpose video clips into Reels/Shorts
• Send simple
• Track and request Google reviews
You’re a Fit If You:
• Are available to work at least 6 hours/day during U.S. Central Time (CST)
• Are a self-starter who takes initiative and communicates clearly
• Have supported a CEO/founder or managed high-level projects
• Are organized, reliable, and love improving systems
• Enjoy variety:
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience with GoHighLevel, Canva, QuickBooks, Constant Contact
• Background in auto, service-based, or eCommerce businesses
• Experience coordinating social media, sales, or customer service
Compensation & Benefits:
• Full-time (35–40 hours/week)
• $7–$9/hour USD, depending on experience
• Paid weekly via PayPal
• Performance bonuses possible
• Paid U.S. holidays after 90 days
