Position: Admin Assistant
Type: Part-Time ? Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term
I’m looking for a highly capable, organized, and proactive Admin Assistant to bring structure and efficiency to daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, independent thinking, and the ability to handle responsibilities without constant oversight.
Hours (Initial):
25 hours/week
Required: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (EST)
Opportunity to scale to 40+ hours/week based on performance
Core Traits:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Customer service and administrative experience
Experience with CRM systems and data entry
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-managing
Able to make decisions and ask the right questions
Clear, confident communicator (C2-level English fluency required)
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and navigate online portals for submissions
Prepare, submit, and follow up on permits and interconnection applications
Manage calendars and scheduling
Perform accurate data entry and data processing
Research and source event opportunities
Handle follow-ups and customer communication
Coordinate tasks and assist with team oversight

Experience with permit/utility submission platforms is a plus
