I’m a leadership coach and business strategist helping professionals and organizations align their values with effective action. I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support content publishing, light podcast editing, basic design tasks, and simple administrative duties.
This is a part-time role (10 hours/week to start) with potential to grow as we build systems and scale content delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Publishing & Repurposing
• Format and publish blog posts (primarily in Google Docs; WordPress experience a plus)
• Turn blog content into LinkedIn post drafts and basic
• Light editing/proofreading of transcripts or AI-generated drafts
2. Podcast Prep (Simple Tasks)
• Trim audio and video using basic tools (CapCut, YouTube Studio, or similar)
• Upload and schedule to podcast host and YouTube
• Create 30–60 second highlight clips for social media
3. Lead Magnet & Visual Content Support
• Format PDFs using Canva (based on templates I provide)
• Assist in creating checklists, worksheets, or simple slide decks
4. Administrative Support
• Track to-do items and projects in Google Sheets or Notion
• Organize shared folders in Google Drive
• Manage calendar bookings and confirmations via Calendly

Ideal Candidate Has:
• 1–3 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs or creative professionals
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Canva
• Some experience with basic video/audio editing (CapCut, iMovie, or similar)
• Comfortable learning new tools and following templates

Bonus if you have experience with:
• AI tools (like ChatGPT for writing drafts or summaries)
• Podcast scheduling platforms

• Working with U.S.-based coaches, consultants, or small business owners

Hours & Pay:
• 10 hours/week to start
• $8–$12/hour depending on experience
• Weekly check-ins via Slack or
• Flexible hours; deadlines matter more than clock-in times
