Video editor

We’re hiring a world-class long-form YouTube editor to craft cinematic, high-retention videos in the AI, marketing, and human performance space. You’ll work with talking head + screen recording footage and elevate it into polished, punchy narratives — think storytelling structure, seamless pacing, visual overlays, zooms, B-roll, sound design, and motion graphics where needed.

Target style: clean, fast, modern — inspired by channels like Ali Abdaal, Nathaniel Drew, or Yes Theory (but with a more technical, high-performance tone).

Must be fluent in Premiere Pro or Final Cut and capable of editing 8–15 minute videos weekly. Bonus if you understand retention graphs, thumbnails, and algorithm pacing.
