Appointment Setter / Inbox Manager for Cold Outreach (Healthcare Niche)

We’re a growing healthcare marketing agency looking for an experienced inbox manager / appointment setter to help turn cold outreach replies into booked calls.

You’ll manage replies, follow-ups, and booking for cold email campaigns.

Reply to interested leads (email/LinkedIn)
• Follow up and secure call bookings
• Track lead status in Google Sheets
• Work daily (Mon–Fri, UK hours preferred)

Requirements:
• Strong written English
• 1+ year experience with cold email or appointment setting
• Familiar with tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist (or similar)
• Reliable, organised, and proactive
