We’re growing—and looking for a strategic, creative Virtual Assistant who can lead marketing execution, bring ideas to the table, and work seamlessly within a modern, connected digital environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work alongside our leadership team to turn brand strategy into digital action—generating leads, creating on-brand content, and helping refine our marketing systems. This role blends execution, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
Marketing Strategy & Content Execution
Contribute ideas for new content, lead magnets, and campaigns
Write and format short-form content (blogs, newsletters,
Repurpose content into Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube captions
Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements
Lead Generation & CRM Management
Set up and maintain
Tag and segment contacts based on engagement and behavior
Track lead movement from Awareness ? Action using our 3-month marketing journey
Support follow-up workflows tied to Calendly bookings and landing page visits
Brand Design & Visual Support
Create branded templates and lead magnets in Canva
Format pricing sheets, onboarding packets, and client-facing one-pagers
Maintain consistency across decks, PDFs, and digital campaigns
Operate Within Our Integrated Tech Stack
You’ll need to feel confident working across tools that talk to each other:
Slack: Collaborate and communicate with our internal team
WordPress + Elementor: Publish and format blog content and landing pages
FluentCRM: Manage
Google Drive: Organize shared folders, assets, and SOPs
Calendly: Track discovery call activity and sync with lead tagging
Canva: Create visuals, templates, and branded documents
Google Docs: Draft, share, and collaborate on content and deliverables
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
Have excellent written English and strong attention to detail
Bring 1+ year of experience with content marketing, lead generation, or digital campaigns
Enjoy suggesting ideas and contributing to growth strategy—not just executing tasks
Are organized and reliable with clear communication skills
Can manage timelines independently, while keeping the team in the loop via Slack
Have a design eye and understand basic branding principles (especially in Canva)
This Role Is Not for You If:
You require constant oversight and struggle to work independently
You don’t feel comfortable operating across 4–6 tools that integrate together
You’re new to digital marketing or have no experience with content or lead funnels
You prefer short-term gigs—we’re building a long-term relationship
You just want to follow directions and aren’t comfortable offering suggestions or feedback

Nurture ? Maintain sequences with blog content, testimonials, and pricing info
Compensation
Base hourly rate based on experience
Performance incentive bonus plan tied to lead conversions, content output, and campaign results
Room for growth into an operations role.
