OBJECTIVE:
MDA Premier Staffing is a full-service healthcare staffing agency with a unique, client-focused approach. We specialize exclusively in the healthcare sector, providing quick, reliable, and highly skilled professionals—including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Nursing Aids—to medical facilities facing staffing shortages. Our mission is to support local medical facilities and leading healthcare organizations by delivering exceptional staffing solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Healthcare Sales Consultant at MDA Premier, you will leverage your expertise to proactively engage with medical facilities and potential clients. Your primary focus will be to identify potential clients, present our staffing services, and negotiate contracts to secure new business. This involves cold calling, emailing, and building relationships with key decision-makers such as Administrators, Directors of Nursing, private clients, Business Managers, etc.

ROLE:
This position offers a dynamic work environment with ample opportunities for growth and advancement. Each day presents new challenges as you connect with various potential clients, navigating gatekeepers (Receptionists, Front Desk staff) to reach decision-makers. Your goal will be to effectively communicate our staffing solutions, understand client needs, and close contracts that benefit both parties.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year of healthcare sales and negotiation experience is mandatory.
Proven success and track record in closing deals within the healthcare sector.
Strong interpersonal skills; enjoy engaging with healthcare professionals and building lasting relationships.
Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating our services during calls and meetings.
Active listening skills, humility, and the ability to understand client needs to tailor effective solutions.
Functioning phone/headset.
Reliable laptop or desktop computer with internet access.
Degree in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (Preferred).
Basic mathematical skills.
